Careers

Build a career in US logistics — from Lviv or Khmelnytskyi.

Nova hires people to work with American freight brokerages: negotiating with carriers, running night operations, handling billing, prospecting shippers. Strong English matters. Freight experience is welcome but not required for entry-level seats — we train.

Working here

What the job is actually like.

An honest description beats a list of perks. Here’s the real shape of the work before you apply.

You work American hours

Shifts follow US time zones. Some roles are afternoon-to-evening local time; night operations roles are a daytime shift here covering the American night. We tell you the exact hours before you interview.

English is the job

You’ll be on the phone and in writing with Americans all day. We test speaking on a live call. Accents are fine — being understood is the requirement.

We train you on freight

Equipment types, rate confirmations, load boards, how a broker makes money. Nobody is expected to arrive knowing this for an entry role.

Office-based, properly equipped

Desk, computer, headset, backup power and redundant internet in Lviv and Khmelnytskyi — so a power cut isn’t your problem to solve.

You’re employed by Nova

Official employment, paid on time, with the taxes handled. You’re assigned to one American client and you get to know their business properly.

There is a path

People move from track and trace into carrier sales, and from carrier sales into senior and team-lead roles. Pay is reviewed as you take on more.

Roles we hire for regularly.

We recruit continuously against client demand rather than posting fixed vacancies. Apply for the role that fits and we’ll come back when there’s a match — usually quickly.

Carrier sales representative

How hiring works here

  1. You apply with this form.
  2. A short call in English to talk through your background.
  3. A practical exercise for the role — a mock call, or a document task.
  4. An interview with the American client for the seat.
  5. Offer, contract, training, then your first shift.

What we’re honest about

Some roles cover American nights. Some involve cold calling all day, which isn’t for everyone. Pay depends on role and experience and we discuss it on the first call rather than making you guess.
